Course of a session
A sophrology session always begins with a moment of discussion that allows us to take stock of your current state and your needs. I then explain the sequence and objectives of the exercises we will explore. Then comes the practice, where you enter the experience through guided exercises that combine breathing, muscle relaxation, sometimes gentle movements, bodily sensations, and positive visualizations.
You can come dressed comfortably: it is not gymnastics, but the session is mainly done in a seated position, so it is important to be comfortable in your clothes.
At the end of the session, you have the opportunity to write down what you felt, which is called the phenodescription, before sharing it orally if you wish. This final time of exchange allows me to give you kind feedback and to support you in integrating the benefits of the session into your daily life.
