Just before Covid, I started a path towards well-being: personal development, meditation, yoga... Until I discovered lymphatic drainage in 2023, then sophrology in 2024.
Becoming a practitioner is not a trivial decision: it's also a family affair. My grandmother, a beautician-masseuse since she was 18, continues today, at 84 years old, to offer draining massages and mani-pedis to her loyal clients. A true Italian nonna , full of energy and enthusiasm, who inspires me every day.
Suffering from water retention myself, I naturally turned to lymphatic drainage. Today, I help women regain lightness, balance, and vitality by combining my skills in massage and sophrology.
